Move it or Lose it
Meeting Monday Mornings ( TERM TIME ) to provide gentle exercise for the over 50’s – The Group follows the MOVE IT OR LOSE IT format and already has 20 people on the books. We meet from 10.30am – 11.30am. Laughter muscles are also given a workout at the sessions – and you CAN do the whole seesion SITTING
If you want to to maintain your mobility and independence of movement in a gentle, friendly environment then you are welcome to join us.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
